Welcome to Fratres. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fratres website, regional subdomains, resume database, and recruitment services. By registering as a candidate or recruiter, or by accessing the site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years of age to register or use our services. By creating an account (Seeker or Recruiter), you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Seeker Terms & Job Applications
- CV Upload: Candidates may upload resumes to apply for jobs and make their profiles visible to verified recruiters. You represent that you own or have the right to distribute all uploaded content.
- Job Applications: Fratres indexes jobs from various sources. While we strive to maintain high quality, we do not control or warrant the legitimacy, safety, or accuracy of the jobs posted by external recruiters or aggregated platforms.
- No Placement Guarantee: Fratres is a search tool and platform, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee job interviews or successful placement.
3. Recruiter Terms & Services
- Job Postings: Recruiters must ensure that postings comply with all local labor laws, non-discrimination regulations, and are legitimate vacancies. Fratres reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete any job posting that violates our quality guidelines.
- Resume Database Access: Recruiters purchasing CV search access agree to use candidate data solely for the purpose of genuine recruitment and matching. Commercial spam or redistribution of candidate CV databases is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.
- Payments & Refunds: All payments for packages, job credits, and resume searches are handled securely. Unless stated otherwise, all transactions are final, and refunds are not issued once credits or database views are consumed.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Fratres platform to:
- Post false, incomplete, or misleading profile/vacancy information.
- Use automated scrapers, spiders, bots, or tools to index candidate data or duplicate job postings.
- Transmit viruses, malware, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertising.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise platform authentication, security, or data tracking systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fratres is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fratres disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Fratres shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform, databases, search results, or recruitment services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, search structures, site code, design assets, and database schemas are the intellectual property of Fratres and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site without prior written consent from Fratres.
